Cancel a Room Booking

DIRECT BOOKINGS

Please contact us via email at  cancel@black-boy-inn.com for any cancellations.

Please provide the following information:

- Booking reference number

- Name on Booking

- Date of arrival

We kindly ask that you provide this information via email to confirm and process your cancellation request.

You will also find a link in the confirmation email that you can use to cancel your booking.

You should get a response within 24 hours, if you do not get a response, please call on 01286 673604 between 10 am-2.30 pm to ensure the booking has been cancelled failure to do so could result in you being charged.


Agency Bookings i.e. Booking.com, Expedia, Hotels.com

The hotel cannot amend or change any bookings made via an agent.


1. Contact your agent:

  • Find the contact information for the agent you used to book your reservation (this should be in your confirmation email or on their website).
  • Explain your situation and request to cancel the reservation.
  • Be sure to ask about any cancellation fees or penalties that may apply.

2. Check the agent's cancellation policy:

  • Regardless of which method you choose, be sure to keep a record of your communication with the agent
  • This could be in the form of emails, phone call logs, or screenshots.
  • This will be helpful if you need to dispute any charges or fees later.
