Agency bookings for Accommodation


BookingOptions:

  • You can book via multiple agencies e.g. Booking.com or Expedia offering flexibility in searching and comparisons.

Terms &Conditions:

  • Be aware: By booking through an agency, you agree to their terms and conditions, not ours. These will differ from our direct booking policies.
  • Prepaid rates: Many agency bookings are prepaid, meaning you pay upfront and cannot receive refunds, cancel or amend the reservation. Choose your rate and room type carefully!
  • Changes impossible: Once booked, we cannot make any changes to agency bookings.
  • Room Only: Most agency bookings are room only; breakfast can be added as an extra cost at check-in.

Communication& Support:

  • Contact the agency: For any issues before arrival.
  • Limited pre-arrival support: We may be unable to help with pre-arrival issues due to agency bookings being handled solely by the agent. You must contact the agency directly for all issues.

While agencies offer options and potential deals, consider the pros and consequences before booking:

  • Prepaid & Non-refundable: Be sure you're committed to the dates and room type, as changes will be subject to the rate booked, and once paid are nonrefundable.
